Fallon was born in Decatur, Illinois, and attended Mt. Zion High School. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Sciences graduating Suma Cum Laude. Fallon then went on to law school at Southern Illinois University and graduated in 2020. Fallon was the Vice President of the Second Amendment Association during law school as well as a member of the Women in Leadership Group.
During her law school experience, Fallon worked as an intern for the Macon County State’s Attorney’s Office as well as completing an externship through the Macon County State’s Attorney’s Office while completing her law school curriculum.
Following this, she began focusing primarily on domestic, family, and criminal law which includes but is not limited to the areas of divorce, paternity actions, custody disputes, child support, and parenting time matters. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem to minors and the disabled. Fallon takes cases all throughout the Central Illinois area.
